"Our Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in various microclimates of the Napa Valley. The warmer Napa Valley microclimate gives us grapes with melon and citrus characteristics in both aroma and flavor. The cooler areas of Napa Valley provide fruit with a solid, crisp backbone that gives the wine an exciting liveliness and balances the rich creaminess from "sur lie" aging."

This nearly garnet Rose, like all their non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months entirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry. This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive, but production is limited to 5000 cases per year, so don't miss out. - Winery

For an entry-level pinot noir from a cool region like the Mosel, this is absurdly good. Wonderful rooty complexity on the deep and subtle nose. Impressive concentration and a velvety texture that’s hard to resist. I love the vitality in the long, plush finish. Excellent aging potential. Drink or hold.

100% Pinot Noir from a mix of vineyards on slate. 50% stem inclusion. Vinified 3 weeks in open fermenters then matured briefly in used Burgundy barrels. Bottled unfiltered. Bright magenta in color, fruit-driven, juicy, buoyant, and addictively drinkable. The price is just silly. 12.5% abv

A vineyard selection of Otskhanuri Sapere (oh-sah-kh-ah-noo-ree sah-pear-eh) made by the young woman winemaker Gvantsa Abuladze, sister of Baia Abuladze and brother Giorgi Abuladze. This rare and difficult to say variety is sourced from their estate in the village of Obcha. All red varietals grown in Imereti are higher acid, lower sugar grapes due to the humidity of the region. Otskhanuri Sapere is especially known for its ridiculously dark color. The grape is notoriously hard to work with since it is difficult to get the necessary sugar levels. 2019 was a typical year so this was the last grape they picked in the second week of November. All the fruit is estate grown, hand picked and hand sorted. After destemming the wine is pressed and put into qvevri with skins and fermentation starts spontaneously. Once fermentation is completed the skins are removed and the wine is aged in qvevri.

Insane dark color, notes of pomegranate, sour cherry, this wine has crazy cool crispness, medium-plus body, super dry with firm fresh tannin on the finish.

Winemaker Notes:
A rich, dark garnet color in the glass with vibrant purple shimmer, this Merlot displays aromas of ripe plum, rich cocoa, blueberry, and violet with hints of juicy black cherry. A luscious mouthfeel full of dark fruit, hints of sweet spice, and restrained astringency lead into a delicious, lingering finish filled with toasty oak undertones.

Pair with Italian style sausages, jambalaya, seared blackened salmon.

Features juicy plum and black cherry flavors, with a weave of anise and earth details. Falters a bit on the finish, where the wood plays a more prominent role. A very appealing Pinot. Drink now.

The Hanging Vine pinot noir packs a lot of varietal purity for the price-tag. It's got lots of that special bright red cherry note that is almost always lacking in the budget category. There's a nice full-feeling to the finish and should pair well with lighter meats, salmon, and snacks. For the money, there is almost nothing else in this category with this much pinot character. - PJ

"This "crazy value" Napa Cab was sourced from a couple of top "Cult" wineries in the Valley (SHHH...their wines sell for between $75-150/bot!). Deep, rich and plush with classic Napa Cab fruit, it drinks like a wine costing 2-3 times as much! The Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of top valley floor and hillside sites, it's a blend of 98 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2 Cabernet Franc aged in French oak (20 new) for about 22 months. A wine that displays the outright richness and power of the vintage. Deep, intense, plum, dark cherry and spice are prevelant right away on the nose and palate. But the signature of the vintage is then on full display with minerality, balancing structure and a vibrant, fresh core that lifts the fruit and carries the wine. Hendrick's Neptunia Gin is a limited release that combines the classic cucumber and rose petal notes with what the distiller calls "coastal" botanicals. Hendrick's doesn't specify what these are but they do lend an enhanced palate complexity along with a very smooth citrus finish. 43.4%abv
