A bright ruby color and unencumbered aromas of cherry, red plum and light oak are inviting and easy to process. This is Uruguayan Tannat in its cleanest, most modern form. The palate feels juicy and medium in body. Light spice notes accent popping plum and raspberry flavors, while the finish is easygoing.

A richer expression of cabernet franc, showing black fruit, tea leaves, dark olives and graphite. Medium to full body with very firm, fine-grained tannins. A hint of wet-stone character, too. Well made. Drink or hold

Organic / Natural / No Added Sulfites

Merlot, Marselan, and Tannat. Hand harvested, 100% whole cluster grapes in the amphora, with carbonic maceration for 8 to 10 days. Foot trodden and left to ferment several more days. After fermentation, they seal the amphora and let it rest for 8 months. After the long maceration, they rack the wine twice by moon calendar and bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 added. 13% abv

Aromas of pears, soft bubbles, incredibly fresh and remarkably low in ABV (10.5%)!
100% Muscat Ottonel. Manually harvested at full maturity. Grapes are macerated for 6 hours, pressed and spontaneously fermented without their skins. Bottled in the middle of fermentation under crown cap. Unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2 added.
