Vineyards are located in the Province of Trapani, in Northwestern Sicily, Italy.
Grapes were harvested by hand in small crates, then destemmed, crushed and pressed, fermented in stainless steel.

When we were coming up in the biz, those old-school Chiantis used to be the go-to wines for our Billy Joel "Italian Restaurant" wine, but today this suits the bill perfectly for your inexpensive red for red sauce. - PJ

The Etna Bianco from Neri is a prestigious white wine, produced in the Linguaglossa area on volcanic soils that give it a unique character. Made from a blend of Carricante and Catarratto, this wine reflects the best of Sicily's native grape varieties.

Vinification takes place in traditional white style using temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters at 14°C, while aging occurs in stainless steel for 3-4 months. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts to preserve the wine's fresh and distinctive aromas.

It stands out for its straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is accompanied by fresh notes of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it is pleasantly acidic, fresh, and has good persistence, making it perfect for refined palates.

This white wine pairs perfectly with fish appetizers, risottos, grilled or baked fish dishes, and lightly spiced white meats.

Bradamante is a characterful and elegant orange wine from the Etna area – made from 100% Catarratto and created with natural methods, minimal intervention and deep respect for the terroir.

Complex and elegant, notes of anise and almond, Mediterranean herbs, lime/earth (gypsum/'chalk dust'), ripe apricot, undertones of tea infusion, light herbal character. In the mouth you get a sharp, characterful start, with considerable breadth and depth. All the aromatic notes from the nose come back – fruit, herbs, light bitterness/minerality. Very persistent (long aftertaste), centered and well-balanced wine. 12% ABV
