Quite an aromatic chardonnay here, with discerning notes of sliced green apples, melon and lemon zest. Round and textured, with simple apple pith and nectarines in the pristine yet flavorful palate. Lots of fruit in the round, medium- to full-bodied palate.

Quincy does produce exceptionally high quality Sauvignon Blanc, much like Sancerre, but at a much more affordable price. The cost of Sancerre has skyrocketed over the years with it’s immense popularity and recent difficult vintages. So the savvy Sancerre drinker should be looking towards regions such as Quincy to get their high-acid, mineral driven white wine fix.

Today’s wine happens to be produced by an outstanding Sancerre winery, Domaine Sylvain Bailly. This is one of our favorite Sancerre producers, who really created something special with their Quincy botting.

The Bailly family have been vignerons in Sancerre from father to son since 1700. Like most winemaking families in France who suffered from the phylloxera blight in the late 19th century and then the two world wars of the 20th century, it was only in the early 1950's that Sylvain Bailly began to prosper and grow his business. His son Jacques has took the helm in the late 1980s and today, his daughter Sonia manages the estate.

Succulent, fleshy peach and nectarine flavors are accented by Key lime, mango and ruby grapefruit notes. Shows nice intensity on the long, expressive finish.

The 2024 Rosado Muga, from Alto Najerilla, was aged for 16 weeks on lees. Pale pink, with cherry and mild sour cherry aromas accented by rose petals, it's light and fresh with malic acidity. Expressive and lively, this is a crisp, uncomplicated Rosé


What stands out in the Muga Rosado 2024 vintage is its pale, rose-pink color. It is very intense and complex on the nose, with an initial gush of peach, strawberry and white blossom notes. On the palate, it proves a wine with very well-integrated acidity, volume, balanced fruit and a very long finish. In the aftertaste, we can detect stone fruit and also citrus nuances. - Winery

Antxiola pronounced (ahn-cho-la) is a txacoli wine made by Bodegas Zudugarai. The winery was founded in 1989 by the Errasti family, the same year that the DO of Getaria-Txakolina was founded. The vineyards are farmed organically, and their Hondurabbi grapes are hand-picked and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled young to retain some of its natural effervescence. The result is a bracingly refreshing wine with a slight spritz, bursting with citrus and minerality. Fresh slices of Granny Smith apple and lemon-lime titillate the palate, with bright acidity giving a mouthwatering finish.

Winemaker Notes:
A refreshing food friendly white wine, Albarino is crisp, elegant and dry and has aromas and flavors of pear, passion fruit, and apple with bright acidity.

On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with a finish of almond, typical of classic Garganega. Vin Soave is our entry-level wine and represents half of our overall production. We define it as “a little luxury for everyday.” Classic, harmonic and intense wine. Ideal high-end wine by the glass: excellent quality/price ratio. All our vineyards are located in the Soave Classico area: hilly area with basaltic-volcanic soil. Minerality and field flower notes make the wine pleasant and intriguing, easy to match with food. 30 year-old vines develop complexity and balance. You may be familiar with Chan de Rosas Abarino which has been a staple on PJ Wine’s shelves for years. It has always been a terrific value. Well, the winemaker Marcos Lojo has left the winery to do his own project, Marcos Lojo Pedras Loiras Rias Baixas Albarino, and it’s a knockout!

Marcos’s Albarino is spot on for what you would want in an Albarino. The acidity shines through this medium bodied citrus and mineral driven white. It is zippy, almost tart, with a beautiful saltiness that makes you salivate for more. Coming from Rias Baixas, home of the best Albarinos, it is easy to see why the locals drink so much Albarino. It is refreshing, thirst quenching and pairs perfectly with the fresh seafood of the region.

The 2024 Blanco Muga combines Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía from Rioja. The crisp, intense nose is fragrant with tropical nuances of apple and pear. This is dry, with a crisp freshness and creamy texture, combining richness and energy to produce a modern white Rioja. The finish is restrained but fruit-forward.

Very fresh with aromas of lemon pith, white grapefruit, crushed shells and slate. Some biscuits and salted yellow plums. Medium-bodied with beautiful minerality and freshness. Vivid finish. 5 months sur lie with battonage in the fermentation vessel.

A traditional barrel fermented white wine from Rioja, produced with a blend of the most important indigenous white varieties of the region. The wine is composed practically of all Viura and Malvasía, but there is a tiny quantity of Garnacha Blanca which adds complexity and aromatics. Typical and traditional in its blend and production, but unique in its higher levels of freshness and approachability at a young age compared to other whites from Rioja.

"This crisp, fruit-forward and juicy wine has expressive aromas and flavors of ripe red berries, with nice heft in the mouth, and mineral and spice notes. Most red meats and grilled or roasted white meats, especially those prepared with savory herbs or spices."

We have been selling this wine for years, ever since it won our 2019 vintage Rosé Taste-Off! Made from organically grown Aglianico grapes, by one of the top producers in Campania. The first thing you will notice is the very cool-shaped bottle, the second thing will be the color of the wine - it is the color of Watermelon Jolly Ranchers! This Italian Rosato has red berry, citrus notes, and great depth, all resulting in the most compelling wine of the tasting. Crisp and bright, with great intensity and yet low in alcohol. If you want to step up your Rosé game, this is the wine to do it!

San Salvatore is located in the heart of the Cilento National Park, in the Campania region of southern Italy. With 149 hectares devoted to organically-farmed agriculture, including vineyards, olive groves, and crops that support their 550-head of water buffalo, San Salvatore has quickly become one of Italy's most environmentally-conscious Azienda Agricola.

San Salvatore's first harvest was in 2009, but their historic vineyards were planted by the Ancient Greeks with the same varieties that continue to flourish in this region today: Falanghina, Fiano, Greco, and Aglianico. This mountainous region of Campania has a high level of biodiversity and the soil is rich in minerals. The influence of the nearby sea and ideal sun exposure help to create an ideal microclimate for viticulture and other crops.

Deeply committed to preserving the delicate balance of the land, San Salvatore takes a special interest in cultivating the vineyards without synthetic products or genetically modified organisms and uses biodynamic preparations like horn dung that favor the natural fertility of the ground and the production of beneficial humus. Vines are also protected from pests and diseases with the careful use of copper and sulfur when necessary.

The winery even supplies its own power needs with an onsite photovoltaic plant and a biodigester to reduce its carbon footprint and emissions through innovative processes. San Salvatore has genuinely excelled at achieving sustainable living ideals and continues to set the standard for environmental practices in the Italian wine industry.

A pale and fresh rosé that has apple-blossom, grapefruit and pomegranate aromas. Crisp and medium-bodied with a light phenolic, pithy touch. Dry. Drink now.

This rich Chardonnay exhibits a classic profile of tropical fruit and Bosc pear alongside warm oak aromatics. The luscious palate suggests creme brulee and buttered toast, and finishes with fresh acidity.

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc leads with the typically leafy, green-gauge nose of coriander, crushed sea shells, green apple and brine. In the mouth, the wine is intensely tropical but tempered by a maritime freshness and levity through the finish. It’s a breath of fresh air, this wine. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon and 20% Muscadelle

The wine is aged on the lees for about 3 weeks, which accounts for its round, smooth, and remarkably fruity flavor.

Located southwest of Bordeaux in the commune of Haux, Château Lamothe has crafted estate-bottled wine since the 16th century. For four generations succession was passed down on the mother’s side and since 1956 the estate has been run by the Néel-Chombart family. Over the past 60 years the family has amassed prime vineyard land which now spans 80 hectares of clay and limestone slopes on the Right Bank. Additionally, they restored the distinctive façade of the historic chateau (now pictured on all Lamothe labels) and renovated the 17th century limestone quarries into underground cellars ideal for aging.

Vigneron Damien Chombart believes that sustainable farming is not only stewardship of the land, but also as a way to enhance the life of farmers, communities and society. It is a holistic challenge the connects economic success in agriculture with environmental and social responsibilities for all involved.
