A slightly sweet version of Cabernet Sauvignon, while it has the primary characteristics of a Cab, pronounced berries, dark chocolate, coffee, and leather, it loses the some of the harshness that turn people away from Cabs. It has a soft luscious feel to it with a well rounded mouth. Goes well with red meat, chicken, and especially those that are marinated with a sweet finish.

Winemaking Notes:
Beringer Bros. Cabernet Sauvignon is picked at the peak of flavor development from top sites across California and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 20% of the wine is aged for 60 days in second-pass charred American Oak barriques which previously held Bourbon.

Tasting Notes:
This wine is bursting with aromas of ripe black cherry, dark chocolate, and vanilla. The palate is lush with ripe tannins and and integrated acidity, showcasing toasted hazelnuts, toffee, and blackberry preserves on the finish.

A red wine blend for the sailing enthusiast, created to set our mind sails to the thrilling adventures awaiting us beyond the horizon. Our chosen blend is 55% Malbec and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. Red fresh fruit aromas mingle with smoky and chocolate hints from oak aging. Full-bodied with currants, and spices such as black pepper reveal themselves - firm tannins.

Bodegas Anaia is equipped with world-class innovative high-technology, their concrete fermentation vats, without epoxy, called Mates. Each ca hold 9,600 liters (2500 gallons), for the wine’s fermentation and aging, with a unique tilting system, powered by hydraulics to assure smooth controlled, and even contact between grape solids (cap) and liquids. The main purpose is not to stress the wine by pumping it up preserving its unique natural aromas.

The plantation is at an altitude of 960 meters above sea level, (3,150 feet) stretching over the coolest area of Agrelo, Argentina.

The deep ruby color indicates a luxe complexity, while aromas of black cherry, cassis and rich earth are abundant in this classic Cabernet Sauvignon. On entry, currants and black plums generously lead to a plush mouthfeel. There are ample tannins carrying the fruit to the long lingering finish. Aging for 12 months in 1-year-old American oak barrels created notes of baking spices, nutmeg and hints of caramel. - Winery

The 2020 La Gaffeliere has an intriguing, complex nose, a melange of red and black fruit, cigar box, undergrowth and mint, quite mercurial in the glass as it opens with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with lithe tannins, a beautiful seam of acidity and perhaps the most satin-like texture I have encountered on a young La Gaffeliere. It sashays to a harmonious and precise finish and lingers with wonderful mineralite. This is a magnificent prospect. -Neal Martin

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is dazzling. What a wine! Ample and creamy, the 2019 possesses striking resonance to match its elegant, refined personality. A healthy dollop of Franc adds freshness to a core of dark red cherry, red plum, mocha, spice and new leather flavors. There is a level purity here that is just remarkable. This is the first vintage that includes a small portion of wine aged in amphora. I especially admire the aromatic presence and vibrancy in the 2019.

Deep, rich and plush with classic Napa Cab fruit, it drinks like a wine costing 2-3 times as much! The Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of top valley floor and hillside sites, it's a blend of 98 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2 Cabernet Franc aged in French oak (20 new) for about 22 months. A wine that displays the outright richness and power of the vintage. Deep, intense, plum, dark cherry and spice are prevelant right away on the nose and palate.
