Youthful Benoit Aymard is really driving this 14ha family estate in Lacapelle-Cabanac forward. Aged 10 months in older 225-litre barrels, La-O shows ripe, weighty, fleshy dark plum and blackberry fruit. Notes of violets and rose rise from the glass.
