40% Xarel.lo, 25% Macabeu, 35% Mont??nec (Parellada). Both the Pag??s Content Blanc and Orange come from the same plots of vineyards each year, though percentages vary. Parcels: El Blanc (Xarel.lo)+ La Fusta (Mont??nec)+ Sota l'hort (Macabeu). Both wines are always based on Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Mont??nec (Parellada); these are the majority of the vineyards at La Salada. De-stemmed and skin contact for 2 days before pressing and co-fermenting for 20 days inside a cairons, a large, old-school Catalan underground fermenter lined with tile, used by previous generations of La Salada family and recovered in 2018. Kept in the cairons for four months????? aging after ferment. In general, the Pag??s Content wines are meant to honor the Catalan farming families of the past who worked the land as a vocation with enthusiasm and love. They?????re the inspiration for these easygoing wines, based on whichever fruit the year grants. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added. 10.5% abv

Orders over $170 before tax, up to 2 cases, qualify for free local delivery in eligible areas. Orders under $170 have a $15 delivery fee.
Store pickup is available at 4898 Broadway, New York, NY 10034. Pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Alcohol deliveries require a valid ID and an adult 21+ signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.
