Basil Haydon is a lighter bodied, rye forward Bourbon with a spicy-sweet flavor profile, and is a favorite of Bourbon enthusiasts. Aroma: Spice, tea, hint of peppermint Taste: Spicy, light-bodied, gentle bite Finish: Dry, clean, brief. 40%abv.

Aged seven years and bottled at 107 proof; uses a special strain of jug yeast which results in a silky smooth texture and consistent taste from batch to batch. Rich, intense and complex - an excellent Bourbon for after dinner sipping. 53.5%abv
