The grapes for the 2021 Reserva (sold as Crianza in Spain), mostly Tempranillo with some Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo and Graciano, were picked late in a cooler year when they finished the harvest the 20th of October, with plenty of times for the grapes to develop full aromas and flavors and complete ripeness. It fermented destemmed and lightly crushed in oak vats with indigenous yeasts, separating qualities, villages and soils, and matured in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels, 20% of them new, for 24 months, with racking every eight to nine months. It's a textbook example of their style in a very good year, with power, concentration and clout, elegance and freshness. It was a very harmonious year; the cycle was long and the tannins ripened to perfection. It's terrific and more so for the volume they produce (984,000 bottles of it). It was fined with egg whites and bottled in January 2024.

A beautiful Muskateller that is clean and fresh on the nose, with delicate mineral aromas. Juicy and fresh on the palate as well, this is a well-structured and quite intense Muscat with refined ,elegant acidity and a well-balanced, stimulating finish. The vines are 55+ years old. Fermented in stainless steel to 12.5% abv and only 5.4 grams per liter of residual sugar.

Our winemakers find the perfect blend of wines to create our signature taste. Then the finished blend is bottled for the second fermentation. An average of 18 months????? yeast aging adds complexity, contributing subtle bread dough flavors and layers of creaminess. The wine is disgorged as a brut style and a dosage is added back to balance the wine?????s acidity. Brut Prestige then ages another 3 months on the cork to fully marry the dosage to the base wine.

The dosage includes a Pinot Noir fermented in traditional Burgundian fashion, which contributes an extra measure of depth, color and robust fruitiness.

Skyside Central Coast Pinot Noir boasts an intoxicating nose with bright fruit including cherry, rhubarb and raspberry, beautiful lilac, and subtle hints of forest floor and fresh mushrooms. The wine has a silky entry expanding with rose, berry and baking spices. The finish brings hints of minerality with milk chocolate and nice structure from the tannins and oak to build a lengthy finish.

An aperitif-style Champagne, with flavors of creme de cassis, lemon curd and pastry riding a creamy mousse and framed by crisp, well-knit acidity.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a spectacular alternative to Sancerre. The Vignes de Berge is a 3.5 hectare parcel on kimmeridgian marne soils with a high proportion of stones known in the appellation as terres blanches. The vines here are in excess of 45 years of age. This wine is the most generous and earthy of the Fumes produced at the estate. 12.5% abv

Chardonnay really suffered with the frosts in 2022, and I was worried about the ripening conditions this vintage, but in general, things worked out,’ says Jean Nicolas Méo. Fruit from Bishop Creek, Spirit Hill and von Oehsen, a site of 20-year-old vines in the Eola-Amity Hills. There is a great deal of minerality. ‘For Chardonnay, this is not a super ripe vintage, it's around 21 or 22 brix. In general, sugars were low, and the wines carry great freshness and the Chardonnays achieved optimum ripeness in a very light way. There is a liveliness,’ Méo concludes. This wine offers great minerality, ample smoky lemon peel, a saline throughline that is the calling card of great Willamette Valley Chardonnay

The very young and just bottled 2024 Dócil, still undeveloped, is closer to the original idea to produce a kind of Kabinett trocken with Loureiro grapes with contained ripeness and high acidity counterbalanced by a little residual sugar, only around three grams; they experimented from completely dry to 18 grams, and this is the one they liked the most in terms of balance. They did a soft pressing, no maceration, to have elegance and a little volume. It has very good balance. The source of the grapes changed to a more Atlantic location from this vintage, and the year was also cooler than 2022.

Very old vines 80-100+ years old grown on granite slopes of the Serra de Estrela. There are several varieties here but mostly Baga and Jaen. Natural fermentation in lagares with 20% whole clusters. A long maceration time but without extraction. The wine finishes fermentation and malo in casks.20 months aging in in old barriques and a 2500L old wooden vat. The wine is bottled unfiltered.

The wine is made in a the very typical and traditional way for the region. Wild yeasts are used and the wine is bottled before it is dry with some residual sugar and the fine lees. The wine then re-ferments in the bottle leaving a little bit of spritz and a cloudy appearance. No sulphur is used so malo also takes place in the bottle.

The 2023 Nisia Las Suertes is 100% Verdejo from very old vines (possibly even the 1880s) and was aged on the lees with bâtonnage for a minimum of 7 months in French oak puncheons and demi-muids. It has more melon ball, hay, crushed stone, and subtly honey nuances that carry to a beautifully textured, layered white with a gorgeous mid-palate, integrated acidity, and a great finish. It's a serious wine that's geared for the dinner table.

A bright white, light on its feet and graceful yet still creamy and generous on the palate, with flavors of baked white peach, macadamia nut, grated ginger and a touch of lemon-infused pastry cream. Shows a spine of lively acidity and a subtle layer of salty mineral. - Winery

Sliced green apple, lemon zest and white almond on the nose with a crisp and bright profile of yellow and green fruit on the palate. Elegant and fresh-toned.

Nose: Bright, crisp and fresh with an uplifting welcome of juniper.

Palate: Juniper to the fore, supported by floral notes and spicy, warm cardamom. Plenty of citrus 'zing' complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.

Nolet's Silver Dry Gin from the Netherlands features fresh notes of turkish rose, peach and raspberry. The botanicals are individually macerated to give the gin its distinctive, all-natural flavor and aroma. It is floral and fruit-forward and bottled at 47.6 abv.

We’re a bunch of wine nerds and wanted to make a California version of our favorite Italian orange wine - where the winemaking style was born. We took white grapes and fermented them with their skins, and the resulting wine is full of texture, dry tropical flavors and refreshing. It's all about skin contact.

50% Chardonnay, 27% Albarino, 23% Gruner Veltliner. Organically farmed grapes. Chardonnay was machine harvested, destemmed, fermented on it’s skins for 10 days with 3 pump overs daily until dry. Full malolactic fermentation.

A rich swath of crème de cassis, blackberry paste, mocha and licorice is counterpointed by a savory range of bay leaf, fresh earth and iron accents in this stately red. Fresh, with sculpted tannins and fine detail and focus through the long, creamy finish. Drink now through 2039.

Aged in small casks, this Oban is a little lighter than the 14 year old version, but also shows a little more saltiness and minerality. A great aperitif, or a good whisky to explore for those looking to get away from the standard Highland malts.

Appearance: rich antique gold. Nose: oily, waxy and nutty, balanced by ripe orchard fruits. Notes of almond fruit cake on denser Christmas pudding, with cereal and orange behind. Body: medium to rich. good viscosity. Palate: The comforting chewiness of rich fruit-bread, hints of orange zest and clove, growing drier, still minty, with crisp green apple.
