The color is a delicate pink with orange reflections. The bouquet is rich of floral nuances, rose petals and violets, with a very present note of fresh red fruit such as sour cherry, strawberry and pomegranate. On the palate the Rosato is fresh and juicy, very pleasant, showing a hint of pink grapefruit on the finish. The Rosato has a great structure, confirming its nature as a territorial wine. The Nebbiolo used to make this Rosato is sourced from Oddero's prized certified organic vineyards in La Morra.
