Mostly Godello, with small amounts of other local varieties.From a mix of older vineyards around Amandi that are planted on slate soils at 300-350m elevation. Most of the vines are over 50 years old. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank with native yeasts. Malolactic conversion was blocked, and the wine rested in tank before bottling without fining or filtering. This lovely white blend is fresh and bright while displaying beautiful texture. Hard not to like.
