Gin Mare (pronounced MAH-ray) is a premium Spanish gin from Catalonia. Produced with botanicals sourced within the Mediterranean area. In addition to the traditional juniper, bitter orange peel, seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamon, and coriander seed there are Arbequina olives, basil from Italy, rosemary from Turkey, and thyme from Greece. It's an exceptionally smooth and distinctive gin, worthy of sipping by itself on the rocks.
