Falkenstein Alto Adige Dry Riesling 2018

This dry Riesling from northern Italy is drinking beautifully. Aromas of yellow peach and spring blossom waft out of the glass along with the barest whiff of petrol. The aromas segue over to the elegant, savory palate joining ripe apricot, citrus and flinty mineral. Bright acidity keeps it balanced. Displaying a slight oxidative note on the finish.
