Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation, and then aged for six months in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. No fining nor filtration. Crisp, refreshing, and yet layered and complex. A delightful white wine that is sure to please.
