The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Legado, from the Maipo Valley, was aged for a year in barrels and foudres. Purplish red in the glass. The nose presents notes of black currant and blueberry at first, followed by gentle spicy layers. In the mouth, it’s full of flavor with a terse texture, fine tannins and an easygoing flow.
