This reposado is aged for six months in Napa Valley Cabernet French white oak wine barrels. The barrels are charred at the family owned distillery in Amatitan and the tequila is aged to taste rather according to a set time. It is complex and has bright, sweet agave notes with vanilla, toasted caramel and subtle hints of cocoa powder. 40%abv
