The vines delivered a good yield in 2023, and the wine is balanced, with a moderate 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and 5.73 grams of acidity. It had a 24-hour skin maceration with stem contact and then fermented with indigenous yeasts in used 300- and 500-liter oak barrels, where it matured for 10 months. It's pale, clean and floral, with notes of white fruit and no impact from the oak. It's medium-bodied and has a soft texture, keeping the poise and freshness. 7,757 bottles produced.
