This is a place of great concentration, and the wine comes in at 15% alcohol, keeping a pH of 3.3 and 5.87 grams of acidity, ripe but balanced. It fermented with 30% full clusters and 21 days of maceration and matured in 300- and 500-liter barrels for 14 months.
