The Rosa starts as a blanco and is rested for one month in uncharred Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels. The result is a refined, naturally tinted tequila. It sits just long enough in the barrel to enrich the natural agave juice without overpowering its delicate botanical balance. The palate leads with bright agave character and finishes with soft red wine notes. The distillery is family owned and operated.
