Boulard is one of the pre-eminent producers of Calvados. This VSOP is just one step up from Boulard's entry-level bottling, composed of a blend of brandies aged 4 to 10 years old, but it shows nonetheless how one company can do wonders with the simple apple.

Crisp, classic apple notes are fresh on the nose, touched with lively menthol, cocoa powder, and gentle astringency. The body is lush with the essence of a boozy apple pie, fresh and baked apples, vanilla, toffee, cinnamon, and a gingery finish. Straightforward but sophisticated and well-crafted, it's a near-perfect expression of a younger apple brandy.

Don Pedro is a premium quality Brandy, one of Mexico's best. It is made with selected reserve batches and aged in white oak barrels using the traditional Jerezano process. The taste is rich and complex with flavors of raisins, oak and caramel.

Aged for an average of 20 years in the traditional system of Criaderas y Solera. An intense nose with notes of vanilla and mulch, owing to the brandy's long ageing. A complex palate with a finish that is plump and creamy yet velvety at the same time.

A combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Final ageing takes place in American oak casks which have previously aged Don Guido, a famed Pedro Ximenez sherry with a certified age of 20 years. Mahogany to ebony in color, very bright, intense on the nose with notes of raisin, grape, plum and vanilla. Hints of antique furniture varnish characteristic of long years of ageing. Full, complex and velvety on the palate with candied fruit and caramel and an intense lingering aftertaste.

Lemorton’s Pommeau is a delicious blend of apple juice dosed with young Domfront Calvados (both pear & apple brandy). The resulting spirit is sweet and rich with great acidity, making a perfect aperitif or low-abv (17%) cocktail component.

After an initial maturation in traditional oak casks for at least 6 months, this Brandy is finished in a selection of Sauternes wine casks sourced from some of the grandest Chateaux of this prestigious Bordeaux sweet white wine region. This special second maturation is carefully supervised by our Master Blender in order to reach the perfect balance between the Sauternes casks typicity and the character of Monteru.

This Brandy, which is packed with apricots, boasts an elegant pale yellow color. At first, the nose reveals notes of honey and yellow flowers, followed by comforting aromas of freshly toasted bread and apricots.

The mouth is delicate and silky, revealing flavors of dried tropical fruit.

The finish reveals subtle notes of nuts, dried fruit and baked apricot tart.
