90% Gamay and 10% Pinot Noir grown on clay and limestone slopes in Lorraine France. Lorraine is the northeastern corner of France at the base of the Cotes du Toul mountains. Super pale salmon color. Elegant aromas of red fruit and raspberries followed by an intense mineral note. The palate offers vibrant drinkability, persistency, and good freshness. Only 11.5% abv.
