One of the best Metodo Ancestrale out there, this dry, delicious sparkler has scents of wild berry, blue flower and wild herb. Radiant and savory, the bone-dry palate features strawberry, pomegranate, orange zest and baking spice framed in bright acidity. A foaming mousse provides the polished backdrop. Hands down, this is one of Italy's best values.
Vinification: Free-run juice vinified with no skin contact. Ferments in the bottle with native yeast. The wine remains on the lees and is not disgorged. One bottling per year in March.
