Scents of apple, pear and their blossoms complement a wafting, gauzy palate impression, and there is a corresponding lingering of flowers and succulent fruit. The finish introduces notes of lime and apple peels as well as an earthy wet-stone m??lange. While not sharply focused or mouthwateringly mineral in the way that Saar Riesling can memorably be, this is a fine, fun-to-drink effort. 7.5% abv
