100% Nebbiolo from the oldest part of the Castelletto cru. Tuffaceous, clay soils. 40-60-year-old vines. Southeast orientation. 350 meters above sea level. Maceration on the skins in rotary fermenters with temperature control for 10-15 days. Aged in 225 liter French oak barriques for 12 months, plus 12 to 18 months in 50 HL oak barrels.
